Rashi Tripathi
You and your story matter. Your well-being is my priority, and my journey is driven by empowering you toward self-love and growth.
I began my career as a cancer researcher, but I soon recognized that mental health is a rising crisis and an urgent need of our time. This realization led me to dedicate myself to psychotherapy, where I help individuals navigate emotional and psychological challenges with evidence-based approaches.
As a psychotherapist, I am trained in and practice various modalities, including Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), inner child work, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), family and marital counseling, and mindfulness-based strategies. I specialize in working with OCD, ADHD, depression, anger management, and overall emotional well-being.
I also am trained in conducting risk assessments and providing psychological aid to survivors of crime and traumatic events.
Creating a safe, supportive space and building a strong therapeutic alliance are my top priorities, ensuring you feel heard, understood, and empowered on your path to healing.
